Ok so this might seem a bit odd and out there. But here’s a question. We have another pc which doesn’t get turned on very often. We went to trun it on the other day only to find that it was no longer working!
Why? We have no idea. Heres the series of events that led upto finding out the pc was broken.
Last time the pc was seen a live was about 3 weeks ago. Since then it has sat quietly in the corner andnot been disturbed, not disturbed as in. NOTHING goes near it!
My girlfriend went to turn it on the other day, only to find it had no intention of powering up. Did the obvious things of checking the fuse and plugging it into a different socket. Still no change.
The only thing left to try is to ring the manufacturer and hope they have a solution. There’s some pretty important data on that machine that i could really do without losing in all honesty.
Chances of me not losing that data? Slim to none.
