Just received this Via email from my Girl who’s at work and got it forwarded to her. This is another mail scam that could prove to be quite costly to yourself or others you know, so try and pass it on and make people aware if you can.

Can you circulate this around especially as Christmas is fast approaching -
It has been confirmed by Royal Mail. The Trading Standards Office are making
People aware of the following scam:A card is posted through your door from a company called PDS (Parcel
Delivery Service)suggesting that they were unable to deliver a parcel and
That you need to contact them on 0906 661191* (Last number starred out to prevent anyone from calling it by mistake.) (a premium rate number). DO
NOT call this number, as this is a mail scam originating from Belize.If you call the number and you start to hear a recorded message you will
Already have been billed £15 for the phone call.If you do receive a card with these details, then please contact Royal Mail

This has been around for a while, since at least 2006 - so not anything new there, but by no means a reason to be less vigilant.
Unfortunately, if you have forwarded this email, then you are actually part of a spam group - this is yet another mailshot which people in their good nature unwittingly keep going.
Yer i notice it’s been a round for a while. As you say, it’s best to keep on top of these things though.
As for being part of a spam group. Are you trying to say that the person who originally sent it to my girlfriends work place is part of a spam group?
