With events in recent times, Vix has decided she’ll probably be taking her driving lessons and getting started on the road to… well somewhere. What type of car she’ll get is anybodys guess, although i have heard her speak of getting a small run around car like a Corsa,Peugeot or something similar. At least with a small run around car, city driving won’t be too hateful, and she’ll be able to fit into all the small parking places that are left because Mr BMW can’t squeeze his brand new shiny car into the gap. :).
After she’s got her license and car sorted, it’ll be time to look for some kind of car insurance just in case she happens to have a little mishap on the roads. We probably won’t be paying too much attention to all these TV adverts from places like confused.com or others. It seems there’s plenty of tips and tricks to help you reduce your insurance premiums, But it’s finding the methods that work best for your circumstances.
One thing i’ll be glad of, is that she doesn’t want to drive anything big and fancy like a monster truck or even an estate type vehicle. That alone means that her auto insurance will be reduced, as the bigger the car. The bigger the costs.
Another thing that’s gunna go in our favour is, Vix is over the age limit and will be seen as a more sensible driver. After all, she has no need to show off to her friends or prospective boyfriends. If i do catch her trying to impress other guys, she’ll have more than her insurance to worry about let me tell ya.

It’s not going to be anytime soon, but i can see it happening in the very near future, maybe the next couple of years or so. If she still hasn’t passed ina couple of years, i’ll buy it for her as a birthday present or christmas present. Should keep me in her good graces for at least 3 years if i sort it out for her.
