Heres a few of the photos we took whilst away. I’ll try and upload a few more everyday, as doing them all at once could possibly take all day.

There’s 450+ photos of Amsterdam. Everything from Amsterdam coffeeshops,Museums,Churches,Streets and just about everything else.

Some are even of random buildings that looked quite funky at the time.

Abraxas Coffeeshop. A great atmosphere with friendly staff. This coffeeshop can be found just outside of Dam Square down an alleyway off of Kalverstraat.

Not really sure what this building is. We spotted this whilst on one of the canal cruises. This building is A lot larger than typically narrow Dutch buildings.

These two buildings dominated the skyline whilst we were on the canal cruise. Again, no idea what they are.

Cheese anyone? The Dutch have some of the worlds greatest cheeses. This wasn’t a specialist cheese shop. It was just an ordinary cheese shop.

The Dutch have churches everywhere. Maybe it’s just in Amsterdam. Or maybe they really are everywhere.  If you don’t need see a church whilst there. You’ve probably got your eyes closed.

This bikepark was created for the sole purpose of freeing up the streets around Central Station. It holds thousands of bikes and as you can see. Is always full.

Ok so we’ve been away on our holiday and are officially back on home ground. We took ALOT of photos whilst away on holiday.

No honestly, we took hundreds! So currently we are sorting through them and working out which ones are best that we took whilst in Amsterdam. Once i’ve managed that, (it may take a couple of days.) then you’ll start to see some photos appear on our Amsterdam Holidays site as well as right here on off-it.org.  Not sure where abouts they’ll fit, but i’m sure i’ll find somewhere for them. So after the good news that my marriage certificate had come through had settled in. I wondered what guys that were getting divorced looked for online. Which is when i found this Total cleanse website. Until about 30 minutes ago in time, i had absolutely no idea what the hell total cleanse was all about.

I’ve been waiting to get divorced for ages now. In fact i started the proceedings almost 1 year ago.

The reason it’s took so long is because obtaining a marriage certificate from a different country to the one your residing in, Is kind of difficult.  Communications and timezones makes things a little bit more difficult than just nipping down to your local government building.

Now if the plan had of gone ahead, and all went smoothly. Then my soon to be ex wife would of gotten hold of the necessary paperwork (She lives in the same town) and mailed it to my solicitor.  But that would of been too simple.

Instead of the simplicity of driving less than 2 miles, obtaining the paperwork needed to divorce a man you no longer love or want to speak to. I’ve had to ring up another country numerous times to get the correct info. Wait for 4 months to see if the paperwork ever would arrive at my solicitors desk.  After realizing that the paperwork wasn’t going to turn up. I finally sent off my detailed request to the Chesapeake Circuit Court.

It is today that my paperwork has arrived, and to be honest. I couldn’t be happier!

Why it’s took so long (other than the obvious waiting around as pointed out above) is beyond me. My ex has another sucker guy  arriving to stay with her in a few weeks (It may even be days, who knows.) Why she didn’t want to be divorced before he got there so they can start fresh is beyond me.

Well, there is one reason……

It’s been suggested that the only reason she hasn’t helped this divorce along is because she wants to be able to say that her marriage lasted for x amount of years. Even though we would of only been together for a lesser amount of x years.  In her mad mind, it stands to reason that if her marriage date is Sept16th 2004 and her divorce date is February 2009. Then her marriage lasted for 5 years.

Although in reality, we were only ever together for less than 2.

Finally my divorce is gunna go through. I honestly can’t wait.
